What is one thing, email, phone call, etc I can do today to encourage a referral from a current or former clients?

So often we lose sight of our top priorities and get bogged down in the minutia of running a business. As you read this lean back in your chair, stretch your arms way up in the air, and truly think about one simple task you can do TODAY that will produce referrals from previous clients.
